I need a new laptop or tablet(that has a keyboard attached, as opposed to just on the screen) and be able to connect a mouse to it.
I want the cheapest reliable gadget, just using to surf the internet.
I am not necessarily asking for specific devices, mostly if I should get a Mac or PC if all I want are the basics.
