Chip Kelly to USC?

So after the Eagles go say 6-10 at best this year, I think Chip becomes the new coach USC. I have secret inside sources available to me better than Adam Schefter, Chris Mortensen, Jason La Canfora, and Jay Glazer that say this is 150% true.
