What's the best web browser for Android phones?

So last week, Samsung updated the stock web browser on my phone (Galaxy 5 with Android 5.1.1) and it SUCKS! I was perfectly happy with the older version for the amount of web browsing that I do on the phone.

I think I've heard that the Dolphin browser is good, but these things always scare me!

Any and all recommendations would be appreciated!
