Posting this here instead of the HOME thread, because it needs to be seen by more people. A little over 2 years ago I bought a chaise/sofabed from Ashley Furniture and it was the worst purchase I have ever made. Their customer service is atrocious. All they do is give a person the runaround and make excuses. Btw, consumer affairs.com gives them one star. Many of the complaints are exactly the same as mine. How on earth the BBB gives them an A rating is beyond me.
