Why was French Intelligence or Interpol Not able to hack (or eavesdrop) the communication devices of the terrorists ??
Surely there had to be extensive conversations (i.e via email, text, phone, convo et al ) in order to plan such a diabolical attack !
Why was 'The Planning Stage' Not picked up using high tech hacking software ?
How could they have dropped the ball
