So...for awhile now I have watched my health steadily decline as I've gained weight. I have stomach issues where I need to constantly drink pepto bismol and can't go anywhere without knowing where the bathroom is. It's a horrible way to live. I'm a stress eater and I am addicted to sugar as well. I do not want to give up meat but I do want to eat more fresh fruit and veggies and also limit or eliminate my dairy intake. I currently drink Kefir every morning for the probiotic cultures. I know...
